An investor with a determined budget requested a complete renovation of this apartment in the center of Aix en Provence boasting 110M2 with a terrasse of 40M2. We first moved the dark north facing kitchen to the south side of the apartment where there is a beautiful unobstructed view. One of the 4 bedrooms was opened onto the living room to create an office that could act as a second
bedroom if need be. Windows and floors were entirely renovated, and we added a “Jack and Jill” bathroom between the 2 smaller bedrooms. The decoration is elegant but practical to withstand intensive usage. The apartment was furnished and entirely accessorized by MAISON TCHENIO, ready to be rented.
